Do not use the service to bypass access restrictions, violate others’ rights, or conduct unlawful activity. Keep credentials private.
Starter is $9 USD/month for 1,000 successful lookups, Pro is $29 for 5,000, and Business is $79 for 20,000. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Allowances reset by UTC calendar month, separately from your billing anniversary. There is no rollover or automatic overage billing. Features and counting rules are described on the pricing page.
Cancel in the customer portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests must reach support within 48 hours of the charge. Every request is reviewed and requires approval; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Include the purchase email, invoice or receipt reference, charge date and reason. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
